Aultbea Community Hub offers a unique venue for hire with inviting surroundings, welcoming staff and comfortable environment.
Best of all, the proceeds from our hire charges get reinvested into our community services.

Booking
We are an ideal venue for small to medium meetings / events up to 80 people and being on a single level are especially suitable for people with mobility issues and wheelchair users.
Our facility includes catering, wi-fi, flexible layout and furniture suitable for parties, education, meetings, craft groups and fairs.
We have a full audio visual capability as well as WiFi.
To book our facility for your event, simply contact us with your event details and we will provide you with a written quote.
Main Hall
Capacity – Lecture / Meeting - 80; Fairs / Markets etc - 10 tables; Cinema - 40; Cafe - 40; Receptions & Live Performances - 50 / 60
Kitchen – The kitchen is a good size and contains a central stainless steel worktop island, with worktops and equipment surrounding it on three sides.
The kitchen has rear access in addition to access from the main hall area.
It is equipped with a dual fuel cooker containing 8 gas hobs and 2 fan assisted ovens.
Crockery and cutlery for up to 50 people.
A commercial dishwasher cleans the dishes in minutes.
The kitchen also has two water urns, coffee percolator, two fridges and a professional freezer.

For functions, the kitchen can be hired. Please contact us for further information.
Hirer is responsible for setting out chairs, tables and equipment, cleaning and return to storage at end of hire.
When calculating number of hours please include time required to setup and dismantle any equipment and clean up.
All hires are subject to the Hub's Terms and Conditions and Fire Policy.
A deposit may be required depending on the booking.
For your event, the Hub can provide additional services such as sound, lighting, promotional services, and front of house team.
If promotion is required, including posters, please contact us for further information.
Cancellation policy
We require 5 working days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival in order for us to provide you with 100% refund.
If you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 5 working days before your scheduled arrival, we may take full payment for your booking.
